I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Columbus, enjoying the room's spaciousness and comfort. however, there were some hiccups in service that marred the experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, I did encounter issues with housekeeping that required addressing. Overall, it was a satisfying stay but could benefit from some improvements.
